  • 1 Tbspsalted butter
  • 3 largesage leaves(whole, torn)
  • Salt(to taste)
  • 10 gPecorino (Or Parm)(Enough to cover)

Instructions

  1. 1Place gnocchi on at a time into a pot of already boiling water, stirring after to prevent sticking to bottom.
  2. 2When all float (about 2 minutes), drain as dry as possible.
  3. 3Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  4. 4Add drained gnocchi, fry until golden and crispy.
  5. 5Add sage leaves, frying until crispy.
  6. 6Add more butter if needed.
  7. 7Taste and adjust seasoning with salt.
  8. 8Serve topped with grated Pecorino or parm and crispy sage leaves.
