- 2 Tbspbutter
- 0.25 tspsalt
- 0.13 tspnutmeg
- 2 Tbspbrown sugar

- 2shallots(Minced)
- 2 ClovesGarlic(Minced)
- 4 slicesProsciutto(torn into smaller pieces)
- 20 gfontina(or parm)
- 20 ggoat cheese(or blue cheese if you like the funk)
- 2 tspbalsamic vinegar
Instructions

- 1Prepare the pear ingredients, slicing the pear thin.
- 2Place all pear ingredients but the brown butter in pan on medium-low heat, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- 3Add the brown sugar, mix, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 4If desired, also carmelize the garlic and shallots at the same time.
Pizza
- 1Prep your pizza dough of choice.
- 2Top the pizza with the Pear, prosciutto, and garlic/shallots, and then the cheeses.
- 3Cook the pizza (Time and heat is dependant on the dough you decide to use).
- 4Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, then serve warm.
