- 2 tspchili powder

- 1 tsponion powder
- 1 tspblack pepper
- 1 tspsalt
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 2 tbsptomato paste
- 4 tbspGreek yogurt
- 1 smallred onion(chopped into 6-8 chunks)

- 1.2 kgwhite potatoes(peeled)
- 2 tbspolive oil
- Sprinkle of salt
- Sprinkle of pepper
- Sprinkle of onion powder
- Sprinkle of garlic powder
- Sprinkle of paprika

- 0.5 cupfat free Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsplight mayonnaise
- 0.5 tspblack pepper
- 0.5lemon(juiced)
- 2 tbspfresh parsley(finely chopped)
Instructions
Roasted Garlic
- 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- 2Slice the top off a garlic head, drizzle with olive oil and salt, then wrap up in tin foil.
- 3Put in oven for 45 mins.
Chicken & Marinade
- 1In baking dish, mix together lemon juice, garlic, spices, tomato paste and greek yogurt.
- 2Chop red onion, and add into mixture.
- 3Cut chicken thighs into large chunks, add into mixture.
- 4Ensure red onion and chicken chunks are coated with marinade.
- 5Place into oven for 30 min.
Potatoes
- 1Peel potatoes and cut into small bite-sized, pieces
- 2Coat in olive oil and spices
- 3Cook at 425 degrees for 30 mins
Garlic Sauce
- 1Mix all ingredients.
- 2Use roasted garlic from above, squeeze out garlic into small bowl and mash.
- 3Mix ingredients and roasted garlic.
