  • 3chicken breasts(skinned and deboned)
  • 0.25 tsppepper
  • 1 Tbspolive oil
  • 4 headsfresh broccoli
  • 110 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cuplight mayonnaise
  • 2 tspcurry powder
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1 cuplow fat cheddar cheese(grated)

Instructions

  1. 1Cut chicken into 2"x4" pieces and sprinkle with pepper.
  2. 2Sauté in oil until white, about 6 minutes.
  3. 3Steam broccoli until cooked.
  4. 4Arrange broccoli in bottom of casserole pan.
  5. 5Place chicken on top.
  6. 6Mix soup, mayo, curry, and lemon juice together and pour over chicken.
  7. 7Sprinkle top with cheese.
  8. 8Bake at 375F, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
