- 3chicken breasts(skinned and deboned)
- 0.25 tsppepper
- 1 Tbspolive oil
- 4 headsfresh broccoli
- 110 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 0.5 cuplight mayonnaise
- 2 tspcurry powder
- 1 tsplemon juice
- 1 cuplow fat cheddar cheese(grated)
Instructions
- 1Cut chicken into 2"x4" pieces and sprinkle with pepper.
- 2Sauté in oil until white, about 6 minutes.
- 3Steam broccoli until cooked.
- 4Arrange broccoli in bottom of casserole pan.
- 5Place chicken on top.
- 6Mix soup, mayo, curry, and lemon juice together and pour over chicken.
- 7Sprinkle top with cheese.
- 8Bake at 375F, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
