  • 1.5 cup0% fat cottage cheese
  • 4eggs
  • 2.5 cupflour
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 cupshredded cheese
  • 1 cupbreakfast sausage(cooked)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. 2In a bowl mix cottage cheese, eggs, flour, baking soda, sausage (cooked & cooled) and cheese. Mix well.
  3. 3Scoop 8-10 biscuits onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle a little cheese overtop before baking (optional).
  4. 4Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until tops are slightly browned.
  5. 5Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Reheat before eating.
