  • 0.5 tspolive oil
  • salt(to taste)
  • black pepper(to taste)
  • paprika(to taste)
  • garlic powder(to taste)
  • chili powder(to taste)
  • oregano(to taste)
  • cumin(to taste)

Spicy Chipotle Sauce

  • 3 Tbsplight mayo
  • 1.5chipotle peppers(finely chopped, 1-2 depending on spice tolerance)
  • 0.5lime(juiced)
  • 0.5 tspgarlic powder

Assembly

  • 2 largetortillas(approx. 60g each)
  • 0.25 cuplow fat mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cuplettuce(shredded)
  • 1tomato(sliced)
  • 1 smallred onion(sliced)

Instructions

Chicken

  1. 1Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, oregano and cumin.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in pan and cook chicken 6-8 minutes each side.

Spicy Chipotle Sauce

  1. 1Mix light mayo, chopped chipotle peppers, lime juice, and garlic powder.

Assembly

  1. 1Add cooked chicken to tortilla.
  2. 2Add chipotle sauce.
  3. 3Add low fat cheese, sliced tomato, sliced onion, and lettuce.
  4. 4Fold sides and toast each side.
