Instructions
Chicken
- 1Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, oregano and cumin.
- 2Heat olive oil in pan and cook chicken 6-8 minutes each side.
Spicy Chipotle Sauce
- 1Mix light mayo, chopped chipotle peppers, lime juice, and garlic powder.
Assembly
- 1Add cooked chicken to tortilla.
- 2Add chipotle sauce.
- 3Add low fat cheese, sliced tomato, sliced onion, and lettuce.
- 4Fold sides and toast each side.
