- 1In a skillet over medium-heat, add the oil and onions.
- 2Cook until starting to soften, then add the ground meat.
- 3Cook the meat until browned, then drain the fat.
- 4Add all the seasoning spices.
- 5Add ½ cup hot water and stir.
- 6Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

- 1Serve with warmed flour tortillas and all the fixins.
- 2To warm the tortillas wrap them in foil and warm in a 325 degrees F oven for 20 minutes.
